High Inflation in September for Necessities

The data shows very high inflation on necessary items such as food, utility gas, health insurance, public transportation, gasoline, and electricity. However, the wages are not increasing. In fact, the federal minimum wage has not been increased last 10 years. How would working people paid the minimum wage make living with this high inflation?
